Build power and speed with Diet.com’s Plyometrics workout video. These exercises should be done 2-3 times 3 times a week. Of course in order to lose weight with any strength training program it is important to also do cardio workouts at least 3 times a week.

  4. Yah, halfway to being proper plyometrics. It’s the workout class version of plyometrics. Would still be a good workout though. Proper plyo would be too much for nice hot ladies like these to do on a regular basis.

  9. It’s okay, but you don’t want to do this everyday. Too much jumping (jumping exercises) can cause you to be prone to injury of your knees, ankles, and/or hips. Maybe 1 or 2 times a week this might be okay. So, it’s probably not a good idea to do everyday. Still do some walking and jogging for cardio or swimming.

  11. these aint plyos they are power endurance exercise done without any intensity.The girl is too cute but is mistaken abou plyos.

  23. Plyometrics has specific benefits that other forms of exercise don’t provide.

  24. Nice vid, I’m a personal trainer and I understand that we need to keep our clients motivated with new exercises, plyometrics at this level is good. However, these videos should explain regressions and progressions with these exercises, a lot of people have bad knees.

  25. this is great! sometimes plyos are too hard but I think this is a great way to get into them!!
